¿En qué circunstancias?
La pandemia debería ser una oportunidad para construir una economía más justa y solidaria que visibilice a estos trabajadores/as esenciales porque ellos han asegurado nuestra supervivencia durante la crisis sanitaria. Incluso cuando sus condiciones de trabajo son de las más precarias, en su mayoría ocupan puestos de trabajo por debajo de su experiencia y cualificación profesional, con empleos mal remunerados e inestables.
La crisis sanitaria ha puesto de manifiesto la profesionalidad y el talento de las personas migrantes en sectores económicos clave y, sobre todo, el papel fundamental que la población de origen extranjero tiene para nuestra sociedad.
